I am Pedram Ghanavati, born into a creative family in Iran in 1993. With a diverse range of experiences, I have explored fields such as architecture, painting, photography, business marketing, and investing. During the quarantine period, I immersed myself in digital marketing, adapting to changing market dynamics and leveraging its potential to connect with audiences. Additionally, I have gained valuable sales experience, honing my communication skills and building strong customer relationships. Moreover, my passion for architecture shines through my work. I take pride in having received an award for designing an entrance, showcasing my ability to create impactful and visually captivating spaces. my experiences during study
I worked as a telesales person at International Plus, a medical tourism marketing company based in Istanbul, Turkey. This role provided me with invaluable experience in understanding market dynamics, customer behavior, and effective communication strategies. As a telesalesperson, I honed my skills in engaging with a diverse range of customers and tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs. Through this experience, I gained a deep understanding of the importance of building trust and rapport with customers to provide them with the products and services they require. Notably, my dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction resulted in being recognized as the person with the highest reviews on Google and Trustpilot.
I served as an Executive Manager at a startup hostel founded by Sahand Tabatabai for a period of 5 years. During this time, my role transitioned into the realm of the business world. In addition, I embarked on my own entrepreneurial venture by opening a pizzeria that continues to operate in collaboration with RagRug Hostel and RagRug Cafe. Throughout my tenure, I took charge of media and social media design, utilizing Adobe Illustrator to create captivating visuals. Furthermore, I produced videos using Premiere to enhance the brand's storytelling. As I embarked on a new chapter, I recently relocated from Iran to Turkey with the goal of delving into global marketing and exploring the international market.
as an Architect at Parallel for a duration of 2 years. In this role, I collaborated with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop architectural plans, designs, and interior layouts. Utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Revit, I created detailed architectural drawings and 3D models. I prepared and presented design proposals, incorporating client feedback and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Additionally, I developed comprehensive architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. I also produced accurate documentation for construction bids, permits, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with contractors and suppliers, I selected materials, finishes, and furnishings for interior design projects. Lastly, I stayed updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture and interior design.
During my studies, I worked as a lifeguard at a pool for three years. This experience taught me responsibility, valor, and the importance of remaining vigilant. I successfully saved 11 lives during my time as a lifeguard, which reinforced my commitment to helping others and taught me valuable skills in risk assessment and quick decision-making.
